Rental Policies

Cancellation

If cancellation is made by 8 pm the night prior to the rental, our guests will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made the morning of the rental before 7 AM, will receive an 80% refund. 

If the tent is set up for the day, we charge for the day,

Weather

Based on weather projections, such as strong winds, rain, and storms, we reserve the right to collapse or pull our equipment off of the beach.

 

When picking up early due to weather, we will pick up a minimum of one hour ahead of the weather projections.

If we set up for the day, we charge for the day. We do not offer refunds on early returns due to weather and we are not able to set tents back up after they have been taken down.

Our set up window is between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM. On most days, we don't have the staff in place to provide set ups after this timeframe. If the weather impacts morning set ups, there is a strong chance that we will have to cancel for the day.

Trash​

We do not provide trash pick up service outside of the bottles and cans we provide with our coolers.​

Trash left in our coolers will result in a $35 charge, due before the next tent set up. ​

Trash bags will result in a $75 charge, due before the next tent set up.

Set Up Locations

We will do our very best to accommodate location requests. However, we cannot guarantee specific set up locations other than the general location request. For example, King and Prince, The Grand, Coast Guard, etc. ​

For East Beach locations, we are able to enter at 6th Street and 12th Street. 

If you are requesting a location other than one of those, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to place your tent at a specific beach access point.
